MEDITATION LEVEL 3

After practicing level 1 n level 2 of meditation....now I will take u to level 3 but before anything practical I would like to tell u abt the energy systems in our body without which our body would have nt existed....The energy systems can be classified into two-CHAKRAS(energy centres) & NADIS(energy channels)....In this post I wud let u know about chakras and how to cleanse them....

Chakras are energy centers. They function like receivers and transformers of the various forms of prana(source of all forms of energies). Through the nadis, the chakras take in the vital energy and transform it into the frequencies needed by the various areas of the physical bodies for sustenance and development.
Each chakra is connected with one of the elements of earth, water, air ether and mind - mind being an instrument of consciousness. These elements are states of matter and NOT elements as we understand them in modern chemistry. They are equivalent to the terms: solid, liquid, fiery or gaseous, airy, and etheric - which are somewhat analogous to the physical, astral and mental planes and sub-planes.

Chakra is a Sanskrit word, meaning, "wheel." The human chakras are "wheel-like" vortices, or saucer-shaped depressions that exist on the surface of the etheric human body.
Traditional writings say there are 88,000 chakras in the human body. Most are extremely small and play a minor role in your energy system. However, there are approximately 40 secondary chakras that are of significance; these are located in your spleen, the back of your neck, the palms of your hands and the soles of your feet. But for brevity purposes, we will only explore the seven (7) primary chakras here.
They have a circular motion..
Depending on the sex of the individual, the chakras rotate either clockwise or counter-clockwise. For instance, when a chakra in a man is rotating clockwise, the same chakra in a woman will rotate counter-clockwise and visa versa. This enables the energies of man and woman to compliment each other.
THESE ARE THE 7 CHAKRAS IN THE HUMAN BODY.....

(7) Crown Chakra
(6) Third Eye
(5) Throat Chakra
(4) Heart Chakra
(3) Solar Plexus
(2) Sacral or Spleen Chakra
(1) Root Chakra

The 1st chakra is called the Root chakra. It is located between the anus and the genitals and is connected with the coccyx. The Root Chakra opens downward. When active with vigor, it is fiery red-orange in color.

The
2nd chakra is called the Sacral or Spleen chakra. Located over the spleen, it is sun-like in color and opens towards the front. Sanskrit books always substitute the 2nd sacral chakra with that of the spleen, locating it below the navel instead of at the spleen. My research suggests that there is a danger associated with tampering with the spleen, so perhaps this is why they locate it below the navel. I don't know.

The 3rd chakra is called the Solar Plexus chakra. It is located about two finger-breaths above the navel and is directly connected to our astral or emotional body. Through the solar plexus chakra we absorb the solar energy which nurtures our etheric body, which energizes and maintains our physical body. This is where our emotional (feeling) energy radiates, particularly our "gut feelings." It glows a golden color.

The
4th chakra is called the Heart chakra. It is the center of our entire chakra system. It is located in the center of the breast at the level and vicinity of the heart cavity and connects the three LOWER physical and emotional centers to the three HIGHER mental and spiritual centers. Its color is chiefly green.

The
5th chakra is called the Throat chakra. It is located between the depression in the neck and the larynx, beginning at the cervical vertebra behind the Adam's apple. It starts at the cervical vertebra and opens towards the front. It is also connected to a small secondary chakra, which has its seat in the neck and opens to the back, but since the two chakras are so closely related, they have been integrated into one. Although it has a lot of blue about it, it is also silvery, like moonlight upon rippling water. Blue and green predominate.

The
6th chakra is called the Third Eye chakra. It is associated with the pituitary gland, which is a very small, shapeless organ about 1/8 inch in diameter located in the forehead about one finger-breath above the bridge of the nose between the eyebrows. Here conscious perception of being takes place. It is the seat of our higher mental powers. On the physical plane, it is the highest center of command for the central nervous system. One half is chiefly rose-colored with a lot of yellow, and the other half is predominantly purplish-blue.

The 7th chakra is called the Crown chakra. It is seated in the pineal gland, which is a small organ of fleshy consistency not much larger than the pituitary. The pineal gland is located near and behind the pituitary body almost in the exact center of your head at the level of your ears. The Crown Chakra opens upward, at the top of your head. Interestingly enough, medical science has yet to conclusively determine the physical influence this gland has on the human body (probably because metaphysics is beyond
their rational thinking mind.Although it contains all sorts of prismatic hues, it is predominantly violet.

I hope u would have understood the significance of these chakras in our bodies as u know wat role does energy play in our life....Chakras are the energy centres they help in keeping the energy flowing in our body in proper way...if u wud have noticed every chakra is present in the same place where our endocrine glands are present...Endocrine glands are those glands which secrete hormones and u must be well aware of the role of hormones in our body....even a small imbalance in the secretion of hormones leads to various diseases like diabetes,etc....so in order to keep our mind and body healthy we can CLEANSE our CHAKRAS and for this purpose the following attached video will help you....Play the video and follow the instructions and ask me if u have any queries regarding this.....and once you try this then i will take u to next level......

MEDITATION LEVEL 2

I hope u wud hv tried level 1 of meditation.....so now for people those who have practiced level 1 here comes LEVEL 2.....
The motive of level 1 was to give you the idea of relaxation....and real meditation starts from level 2....Now  for this u dnt hv to take support or help of any music instead now I wud suggest you to choose a place where u dnt get interrupted i.e. a silent atmosphere is required....try to choose a place which is new i.e. where u dnt usually spend your time...if thats nt possible then move to another area of the room...try to be at that place where you can feel the warmth of sun rays...then make yourself calm...calmness is very imp....coz if u wud be having numerous thoughts running in your mind the whole idea of meditation would be defeated...
so FIRSTLY make yourself free from all the tensions you have....for just 10-15 min relax yourself....the whole idea is to spend time with your own self and that can only be possible if u forget abt everything in this world....
Lie down on your bed/make yourself comfortable on a chair...Relax...Close your eyes...allow your face to get back to natural expressionless position...and Now focus on what you are going to do....you are going to get away for a few minutes.....you are going to take a vacation....
Inhale slowly, evenly and deeply...exhale slowly and evenly...
Think of where do you want to go right now?????Where do you go when you want to relax????
For ex...Imagine a quite sandy beach....feel the calmness of sea...the movement of the waves slowly and quitely...the sun is shining bright warming your body...breathe in deeply feel the smell of the sea...feel all this...just relax dnt move a muscle...there is nothing to do...nowhere else to be...nothing to think abt...just feel the nature.... the beauty...then you can feel the expressionless face of urs turning to a smiling one if u get involved with the beach...you will feel you are awakening from a deep restless sleep...now after being with the beach for some 10 mins its time to get back...before opening your eyes take a last look at the beautiful beach...feel its smell...the water..the blue sky...now when you feel that ur body and mind is relaxed now you can open your eyes...always remember to open your eyes slowly and then for just 2 mins recall what all sensations you felt in those 10 mins when u were feeling the beach and now you can get back to your work....
After reading it try practicing it...I can assure you when u open your eyes you would be refreshed and you will feel a new energy in u which will help u in increasing ur efficiency....
It worked for me...you can imagine any other place instead of the beach...it was just an example...u can imagine a garden or any other place...
I hope it works for u as well...
This was LEVEL 2...many more levels are to follow so practice this for now I would be posting LEVEL 3 in some days....and do share your experience....!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remix of MILE SUR MERA TUMHARA,WAS IT REQUIRED??????

This video is the example of how plastic our society has become in this due course of time, there was no need of making a remix of our legendry MILE SUR MERA TUMHARA, the song which we hv all seen since childhood on Doordarshan...If we compare this with the original, we find common people in the original but in this we see all bollywood actors and we dont see common people in the frame as such.Do only these few people represent our country?????? and our great athletes, players who made us proud in CWG,Olympics, etc were given just 20 secs and there too Sachin was missing, the directors can afford to miss Sachin but not even one single bollywood starz absence can be afforded. In the video of approx 17 mins Army,Navy and Air Force were nt given proper importance which they deserve.....and this song which claims to show integrity of India has also deleted the Sindhi lines which were present in the original...

Do u think this remix was required????????

Hindutva- The Identity of India

RSS an organisation working since 1925 for the welfare of the country...It believes in VASUDEVA KUTUMBHKAM,meaning the world is one whole big family....It has never made discrimination between people coming from any religion instead it believes in the concept of HINDUTVA which not only includes the hindus but instead all the people living in India...

RSS volunteers participated in various political and social movements including the freedom movement and the organization became the leading Hindu nationalist organization in India.By the 1990s, the group had established numerous schools, charities and clubs to propagate its ideology. RSS volunteers are also known for their role in the relief and rehabilitation work during natural calamities and for running more than 100,000 service programs in education, health care, rural development, tribal emancipation, village self-sufficiency, Farming Programmes in rural India.

But this organisation has always been targeted by few politicians by comparing it with organisations like SIMI which we all know is a terrorist organisation.Pity on these politicians,if they cant respect the dedication of RSS towards our country they should atleast not try to defame such a great organisation.Giving names like saffron terrorism n hindu extremists they dont even understand the whole base and ideology of this organisation, for RSS all Indians are hindus.

The video attached will also help u understand the ideology of RSS...

MEDITATION

The greatest power in the world is the power of self....
Which can be realised through following some steps
First one being MEDITATION...
Some people have this misconception that firstly meditation has to b learnt n then it should be practiced instead meditation is nothing but closing your eyes and relaxing your brain and body by chanting OM or simply concentrating on any of your interests or simply evaluation of past....it could be anything....
You can practice meditation in your workplace or home, sitting on a sofa or lying on the bed...
If u hv never practiced meditation u can start by playing this attached video then close your eyes, make yourself comfortable on bed or a sofa and then just try to concentrate in the middle of your eyebrows and think about anything which is positive in your life and indulge yourself with the music in the video....
In the beginning it would be difficult to do it for a longer duration but with due course of time the duration will increase....
Try it once I bet you will find it so relaxing and rejuvenating that it will become your habit as it has become mine....
Practice this LEVEL 1 for some days then I will take you to LEVEL 2.....
